How fresh are Edmonton listings?
Licensed Bridge/RAE updates are processed about every minute, and CREA DDF public-photo fields sync about every 15 minutes. Display timing varies slightly — we would rather state that than claim everything is instant.
Do I need an account to look?
No. Swipe and save as a guest. A free account keeps favourites and preferences across devices, unlocks Keylo Price detail, and lets you comment with your realtor and co-buyer.
Can I buy with my partner on one account?
You each keep your own login and link as co-buyers with separate permission levels, sharing one shortlist and commenting home-by-home.
